He holds an MBA from Universitas Gadjah Mada and is an active member of ASITA (Association of Indonesian Tours and Travel Agencies). His leadership ensures Sorong Papua remains at the forefront of luxury travel, committed to both guest satisfaction and regional development. Andi frequently travels between Jakarta and Sorong, maintaining strong relationships with local authorities and partners.

Dewi Lestari, Head of Operations & Logistics (Sorong & Raja Ampat)

A native of West Papua, Dewi is our operational backbone, an expert in navigating the complex logistics of the region. With extensive experience managing high-end tours and marine expeditions, she ensures flawless execution from your arrival at Domine Eduard Osok (DEO) Airport (SOQ) to your speedboat transfer to Waisai Marina Ferry Terminal and beyond. Dewi is certified in Marine Safety Management by the Kementerian Perhubungan (Ministry of Transportation) and holds a PADI Divemaster certification. Her intimate knowledge of local transport, accommodation providers, and emergency protocols is invaluable. She is often seen coordinating with AirNav Indonesia for flight schedules and local port authorities for vessel clearances.

Bayu Santoso, Head of Guest Relations & Experience Curator

Bayu brings a decade of experience in luxury hotel management, including stints at five-star properties in Bali and Jakarta, to Sorong Papua. His dedication to personalized service and creating bespoke itineraries is unmatched. Bayu meticulously crafts each guest’s journey, ensuring every detail, from dietary preferences to unique excursion requests, is perfectly executed. He is fluent in English and Indonesian, and holds a certification in Luxury Travel Management from Cornell University. Bayu’s focus is on delivering the ultimate luxury experience, whether it’s arranging a private charter to a remote Raja Ampat island or a cultural immersion in a Papuan village.

Dr. Citra Wijaya, Sustainability & Community Impact Manager

Dr. Citra is a marine biologist and environmental advocate with a Ph.D. from Institut Pertanian Bogor (IPB University). She leads Sorong Papua’s commitment to responsible tourism, forging partnerships with organizations like Conservation International Indonesia, WWF Indonesia, and the Raja Ampat Marine Park Authority (UPTD Pengelola Kawasan Konservasi Perairan Raja Ampat). Citra develops and oversees our carbon offset programs, single-use plastic reduction initiatives, and community development projects in local Papuan villages. Her work ensures that our luxury experiences contribute positively to the preservation of Raja Ampat’s pristine ecosystems and the empowerment of local communities.

Rudi Hartono, Marine & Dive Specialist / Lead Guide

Rudi is a highly experienced PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer and a passionate advocate for Raja Ampat’s underwater wonders. With over 12 years of guiding experience in the archipelago, he possesses an encyclopedic knowledge of its dive sites, marine life, and currents. Rudi ensures the highest safety standards for all marine activities, working closely with our speedboat captains and liveaboard partners. He is also trained in emergency first response and marine conservation practices, often participating in coral reef monitoring programs with local NGOs. His expertise guarantees an unparalleled and safe exploration of Raja Ampat’s biodiversity.

Maria Rumkabu, Local Cultural Liaison & Homestay Coordinator

Hailing from a prominent family in Sorong, Maria is our invaluable link to the local Papuan communities and cultural heritage. She ensures that our interactions with indigenous groups are respectful, authentic, and mutually beneficial. Maria coordinates our support for local homestays in Raja Ampat, promoting sustainable livelihoods and cultural exchange. She is deeply knowledgeable about traditional Papuan customs, languages, and crafts, providing guests with unique insights into the region’s rich cultural tapestry. Maria works closely with the Dinas Pariwisata Provinsi Papua Barat (Provincial Tourism Office) to promote responsible cultural tourism.
